Basic Kill Fee - Beef/Hog = $75 per head ($80 if over 1000#)

Basic Processing Fee - Beef/Hog = .80 lb (.85 = 800 to 999# & .90 = over 1000#) *for heat seal wrap x2

Basic Kill/Processing Fee - Goat/Lamb/Sheep = $130 per head

Make Specialty Cuts (ex: crown roast)= $5.00 each item

Split Fee (if animal is being divided into quarters **IMPORTANT NOTE: the whole half will need to be cut exactly the same) = additional .10 per lb

De-bone fee (strips, filet, etc.) = .05 per lb (Beef/Hog) $5 head (Lamb/Sheep/Goat)

Tenderize fee = $5.00 a side

Single Package Steaks = $30 per side (Beef/Hog)

Offal Charge = $10 per side (Beef) $5 per head (Lamb/Sheep/Goat)

Organ Processing Change = $5 per head

Vacuum Packaging = $1.10 per lb

Pork Sausage Seasoning = $6.00 per 25 lb of meat

Link Making Fee = $2.20 per lb

Patty Making Fee = $2.00 per lb

Cured Meat = $1.50 per lb
